About the Role
La Salle Academy has an exciting opportunity for a motivated secondary teacher to become a valuable addition to our remarkable team as the new Leader of Teaching & Learning.
The Leader of Teaching and Learning will model, promote and facilitate contemporary learning principles, including the seamless integration of technology, into the learning cycle. The position includes coordinating academic compliance, leading curriculum reform, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Responsibilities extend to supporting staff development, leading teacher appraisal processes, and enhancing staff-student relationships.
Additionally, the role involves engaging with parents, coordinating key school events, and collaborating with the leadership team to evaluate programs, curriculum offerings, and strategic planning.
