The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking applications from innovative and highly motivated individuals to join the HR, Risk & WHS team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a Permanent, Full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to implement recruitment strategies and build the workforce for 33 schools and around 2,000 employees across the Diocese.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, Risk & WHS, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive and inclusive candidate experience while supporting workforce planning and recruitment strategies. This role will:

Responsible for 33 schools, approximately 9,600 students and around 2,000 staff, Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is encompassed by the Blue Mountains, Warrumbungle Ranges, the Pilliga, Macquarie River, Lachlan River, Abercrombie River and the Jenolan State Forest. The Diocese covers 103,680 square kilometres, comprises of Three Traditional Nations: the Wiradjuri, Gamilaraay/Gomeroi, and Wailwan nations and boasts the beauty of the central west and orana regions of NSW.
