James Sheahan Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Year Coordinator to provide pastoral, educational, and organisational leadership for students in their year group. This key position plays an important role in fostering student wellbeing, promoting academic engagement, and strengthening partnerships between students, families, and the wider school community.

The Year Coordinator is responsible for the holistic development of students, ensuring that each individual is supported in their learning, growth, and faith journey. The role combines pastoral care with educational and organisational leadership, requiring a strong commitment to student wellbeing, effective communication with parents, and collaborative work with staff.
