About the Role

The Finance Officer is employed to perform a wide range of duties that assists with the overall smooth financial administration of the school and is directly responsible to the School Principal.
 
The role of the Finance Officer requires high levels of confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high level of efficiency is maintained.
 
The applicant should demonstrate a commitment to the mission of St. Patricks's Catholic School and be willing to be involved in the school’s spiritual life.

About You  
We are looking for someone who is able to address the following selection criteria:

  • A professional and personable disposition (in person and via telephone/email)

  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask

  • Current First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Good time management and organisational skills

  • Hold a current drivers licence

Preference will be given to candidates who hold relevant qualifications, while hands on experience will also be considered.
