The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Services Officer to join our HR, Risk & WHS team. This Permanent, Full-time opportunity will see you play a vital role in delivering high-quality HR support to more than 2,000 employees across 33 schools, ensuring that every contract, check, and change runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the role
Reporting to the HR Services Advisor, the HR Services Officer provides day-to-day operational HR support for schools and central office staff. With a strong focus on employee documentation, system accuracy, and compliance, this role ensures the smooth delivery of HR services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for 33 schools, approximately 10,000 students and around 2,000 staff, Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is encompassed by the Blue Mountains, Warrumbungle Ranges, the Pilliga, Macquarie River, Lachlan River, Abercrombie River and the Jenolan State Forest.
