Salary: From $106,800.00 to $116,250.00 based on experience
Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a capable CRM Manager to join the Executive Director’s Office. The role will establish and lead the ongoing development of a new student recruitment platform across the system, supporting a more consistent and effective approach to enrolment and engagement. It will suit someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes and working with stakeholders across a complex, multi-site environment.
About the role
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Specialist, the CRM Manager is responsible for the ongoing operation, optimisation and improvement of CEDB’s student recruitment platform. The role helps drive a consistent, system-wide approach to student recruitment through stronger workflows, data quality, reporting capability and user adoption across schools.
